Coffs Coast Family Psychology is a child, adolescent and family focused psychology practice which provides evidence-based therapeutic interventions, assessments and diagnoses to assist young people aged 4-25 with mood, behavioural and cognitive challenges. We offer interventions through both face to face and Telehealth appointments so that support is easily accessible. Coffs Coast Family Psychology provides over 15 years of experience in clinical settings across both regional and metropolitan areas.

We draw on evidence-based practice to deliver the best outcomes for young people and their families. Our approach is client-centred and involves a comprehensive assessment of developmental history and current needs and concerns. Among our services, we provide assessments, therapy and diagnosis that assists children and adolescents with cognitive, behavioural and emotional challenges, learning difficulties and developmental difficulties. We have a special interest in treating emotion regulation issues including anxiety, anger and depression, Autism Spectrum Disorders and general social skills issues, ADHD and behavioural difficulties. Our therapeutic approach is often collaborative and we work closely with schools, families, GP’s, paediatricians and other mental health professionals to provide a comprehensive treatment approach for each individual.

Get to Know Clare
Clare is a Registered Psychologist who is committed to supporting children and adolescents to work through challenges that limit them living life to the fullest. Clare has postgraduate qualifications through Macquarie University and has broad clinical experience in both public and private settings. Clare is a mum to three young children and appreciates the realities of parenting and the role that high quality psychological intervention can play in the development of young people.
